1. Add the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 26, 2010 with No. 27 "About special brands for marking of tobacco products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 5, the Art. 534) Item 9 (1) the following content:
"9(1). Since July 1, 2024 for issue of special brands for marking of tobacco products registration and submission of the documents provided by subitems "v" and "g" of item 4 of the Rules approved by this resolution in territorial tax authority persons performing production of tobacco products, and also the corresponding ensuring obligation fulfillment about use of special brands for marking of tobacco products the stipulated in Item 4(2) Rules approved by this resolution are not required.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2024.
