Make change to Item 37 of the Procedure of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors, and the control of their turnover approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 3, 2009 No. 589 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 44, of the Art. 1477), having added it after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Applications for calculation of amounts of quotas for 2024 for cultivation of plants of sort of hemp for the industrial purposes are submitted by the subject of managing till May 10, 2024 in paper or electronic form for the postal address and/or the e-mail address of Gosleksluzhby.".
