About modification and amendments in the Law "About Prevention of Violence in Family, Protection of Persons Which Underwent to Violence in Family, and Recovery of Solidarity in Family"

Article 1. In the Law of December 13, 2017, ZR-320 "About prevention of violence in family, protection of persons which underwent to violence in family, and recovery of solidarity in family" (dalee-Zakon):
1) to state heading in the following edition:
"About prevention of spousal and domestic violence and protection of persons which underwent to spousal and domestic violence"
2) to state the preface in the following of edition:
"General provisions
National assembly of the Republic of Armenia, on purpose:
provide special protection of family as natural and main cell of society,
create the legal mechanisms necessary for prevention of spousal and domestic violence, safety and protection of persons which underwent to spousal and domestic violence, their rights and legitimate interests
regulate activities of the bodies responsible for prevention of spousal and domestic violence and protection of persons which underwent to spousal and domestic violence
provide the legal basis for rendering the psychological, financial and public assistance to persons which underwent to spousal and domestic violence, and activities of the bodies responsible for their social resettlement adopts this law.".
Article 2. In names of Chapters 2-4 of the law, in Item of 1 part of 1 Article 2, in Articles 3-9, 11-21, in parts 1 and 2 of Article 22 to replace the word "family" with words "family and household".
Article 3. In Items 2, 3 and 5 parts 3 of article 7 of the law, regarding 3 Articles 8, in Items 1-3, 5 and 7 of part 5 of Article 8, in Item 3 parts of 1 Article 15, in Item 3 parts of 1 Article 19, in part 5 of Article 20, regarding the 2nd Article 22 to replace the word of "being" which are the word.
Article 4. State article 1 of the law in the following edition:
