About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Mortgage (Pledge of the Real Estate)"

The independent realization of pledged property is enabled by the pledger - physical person (further in this Article - the pledger) by its sale to other person according to the procedure, established by this Article, for the subsequent complete repayment at the expense of proceeds of obligations according to the credit agreement or the loan agreement which are signed by physical person for the purpose of, not connected with implementation of business activity by it and according to which obligations are provided with mortgage (further - independent realization by the pledger of property).
