Article 1. To state article 47.9 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about Administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) in the following edition:
"Article 47.9. Permission to person which does not have the certificate of continuous professional development or person which for the first time does not have the certificate of professional activity to be engaged in professional activity
1. Permission to person which does not have the certificate of continuous professional development or person which for the first time does not have the certificate of professional activity to perform professional activity:
attracts penalty in the amount of three hundred minimum wages.
2. The same violation made repeatedly within one year after application of measures of administrative punishment:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of six hundred minimum wages,".
Article 2. To declare paragraph two of part 1 of article 47.24 of the code invalid.
Article 3. Add the Code with Articles 47.33 and 47.34 of the following content:
"Article 47.33. Implementation of professional activity without individual license or the transitional individual license
1. Implementation of professional activity by the senior health worker without individual license:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of two hundred to four hundred established minimum wages.
2. Implementation of professional activity by the clinical intern (clinical resident), person studying in the military-medical organization performing postdegree training without transitional individual license:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of hundred fiftyfold to three hundred minimum wages.
