About modification and amendments in the Law "About Medical Care and Servicing of the Population"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of March 4, 1996, ZR-42 "About medical care and servicing of the population" (dalee-Zakon):
1) to state Item 19 in the following edition:
"19) the medical worker-physical person, professional activity and the having corresponding professional education, qualification, specialization, the certificate of continuous professional development performing in the cases provided by this Law (further - the certificate of the NPR), in the cases provided by this Law, having the individual license or the individual transitional license, and also performing nonprofessional auxiliary activities;".
2) to state Item 20 in the following edition:
"20) the senior medical worker-physical person, the corresponding higher education and qualification, specialization of the doctor performing certain professional activity in the field of health care, having which received the certificate of the NPR and the individual license in the procedure established by the legislation and also the certified specialist having the corresponding postgraduate professional education, the certificate of the NPR (except for the person which for the first time is performing professional activity, having the corresponding professional education, qualification and specialization) and the individual license, or 2014 inclusive with 10-year continuous work experience in area of laboratory diagnostics and the specialist having the certificate of the NPR and the individual license in cases and the terms established by the law of the Republic of Armenia within the last five years.".
Article 2. In article 2 of the Law:
