About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 19, 2014 ZR-25 "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law):

Part 3 after the words "the number of the places which are subject to filling" to add 1) with the words "and appendix of template of the questionnaire about respectability";

Part 4 to add 2) with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) the completed questionnaire about respectability.";

3) to state part 7 in the following edition:

"7. Applicants take written examination upon termination of which within one day the qualification commission represents to the commission on prevention of corruption the completed questionnaire on respectability of the participants who received positive assessment by results of written examination for the purpose of receipt of the advisory proceeding in a month.".

To add 4) with parts 7.1-7.3 following of content:

"7.1. After receipt of the advisory proceeding of the commission on prevention of corruption oral examination is held. During the oral examination also ask the candidate questions of the advisory proceeding of respectability provided by the commission on prevention of corruption. The number of the data which are subject to assessment by the qualification commission in case of candidate screen includes also advisory proceeding about respectability provided by the commission on prevention of corruption concerning the candidate.

7.2. Persons who received positive estimates at written and oral examinations pass psychological assessment. The candidates who received positive assessment at examinations and successfully passed psychological assessment join in the candidate list to autonomous positions in the Investigative Committee the decision of the qualification commission.
