According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 64 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment services", for the purpose of reduction of provisions of the regulatory legal act of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning the direction by payment service providers on servicing of accounts of the message on opening/closing of accounts/e-wallets of users, information on which is entered in the Unified register of debtors, to bodies of the public executive service or private contractors in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Regulations on the notification procedure payment service providers on servicing of accounts of information on opening/closing of accounts/e-wallets of the users entered in the Unified register of debtors, to bodies of the public executive service or private contractors, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 13, 2022 No. 116 (with changes), the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1 of the word "About Electronic Confidential Services" "About electronic identification and electronic confidential services";
The subitem 1 of item 4 after the word "accounts" to add 2) with words "/e-wallet";
3) in the table of appendix to the Provision:
