About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Medical Care and Servicing of the Population"

Article 1. Exclude the word of "medicines", from the name and part 1 of article 38 of the Law of March 4, 1996 of ZR-42 "About medical care and servicing of the population" (further - the Law).
Article 2. In article 45 of the Law:
1) to state part 3 in the following edition:
"3. Within the competence in the field of the address of medical products of the Republic of Armenia the authorized body performs regulation of the address of medical products, licensing of the types of activity provided by the law, state registration of medical products, certification of the imported medical products, examinations and professional observations through the expert organization established by the order of the Government for information collection about unfavorable events (incidents) during application (operation) of medical products, providing the analysis and adoption of relevant decisions, and also the functions assigned to it by this law and other laws of the Republic of Armenia.".
2) to state part 5 in the following edition:
"5. For examinations in the field of state regulation of turnover of medical products the state fee according to the procedure and the size, established by the law "About the State Fee" is collected.".
Article 3. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
