About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. In article 47.3 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses (further - the code) of December 6, 1985:
1) to state part 1 in the following edition:
"1. Production, distribution, realization or use of the medicines which are not registered in the Republic of Armenia (except as specified, established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia) or registration of which is cancelled according to the law or registration of which is suspended either import, or production, or storage, or distribution, or realization of the medicines with violation of the law and also which are not conforming to quality requirements, either realization or distribution of medicines expired:
attracts imposing of penalty for each name of medicine:
1) in case of quantity to five packets (including broken) - in thousandfold size of the established minimum wage;
2) in case of quantity of packets from five and more (including broken) - in two-thousand size of the established minimum wage.";
Part 5 after the word "passed" 2) to add with the words "or turnover is stopped";
3) in part 6 of the word "solutions for drop introduction" shall be replaced with words "sterile dosage forms".
4) State part 7 in the following edition:
"7. Realization of the drugs released according to the recipe without recipe or according to the recipes which are written out on the forms which are not conforming to the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia:
attracts imposing of penalty for each name of medicine in fivefold size of the established minimum wage.".
5) to state part 8 in the following edition:
"8. The statement of recipes on the forms which are not conforming to the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia:
