About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About the State Protocol"

Article 1. Item 3 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of March 23, 2018 ZR-291-N "About the state protocol" (further - the Law) after words of "the chairman of National assembly" to add with the word", vice-Prime Ministers", after words "heads of departments on external relations," - the word of "vice-Prime Ministers", and to exclude from the same Item of the word "and others".

Article 2. In article 8 of the Law:

The table of part 3 before the paragraph "official visit of the head of department on external relations of foreign state" to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:

Part 5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5. Financing of the expenses established by part of 1 this Article is performed by the decision of the Prime Minister based on the report submitted by service of the state protocol according to the documents proving actually made expenses.";

The word of "Government" to replace 3) in part 6 with the word of "Prime Minister";

To add 4) with part 7 of the following content:

"7. The list of the international organizations and other international structures, stipulated in Item 3 parts 2 of article 2 of this Law, is established by the decision of the Prime Minister.".

Article 3. To add all text of the Law after words of "the international organizations" with the words "and other international structures".

Article 4. Final part and transitional provision

1. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
