About entering of amendments into the Law "About the State Protocol"

Article 1. ZR-291 "About the state protocol" to add part 1 of article 17 of the Law of March 23, 2018 with Items 19 and 20 of the following content:
"19) is performed by accounting of the gifts which are subject to accounting under the law "About Public Service", received by the president of the Republic, the Prime Minister, the chairman of National assembly, Deputy Prime Ministers, ministers and deputy ministers, deputy delegations, heads of the bodies subordinated to the Government and the Prime Minister and their deputies;
20) is provided by the conclusion about procedure for the order gifts which become property of the Republic of Armenia based on part 6 of article 29 of the Law "About Public Service", received by the president of the Republic, the Prime Minister, the chairman of National assembly, Deputy Prime Ministers, ministers and deputy ministers, deputy delegations, heads of the bodies subordinated to the Government and the Prime Minister and their deputies.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
