About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Public Service"

Article 1. Article 29 of the Law "About Public Service" of March 23, 2018, ZR-206 (further - the Law):

Part 3 to add 1) with the new offer of the following content: ", In sense of this Law, the materials which are free of charge provided for the purpose of office use are not considered as gift.";

2) State part 4 in the following edition:

"4. Persons holding the state positions, and government employees are allowed to accept only the following gifts:

1) gifts or usually organized entertainments handed within or during the state or official visits or actions, and also working visits, business travels or during them;

2) the grant, grant or benefit issued as a result of public tender on the same conditions and on the same criteria as for other applicants, or as a result of other transparent process;

3) the ceremonial gifts handed by foreign states, the international organizations or other persons;

4) the property provided as award, the state award or stimulus in the cases established by the law including the weapon issued by the Prime Minister as award.".

4) State part 8 in the following edition:

"8. The gifts passing into the state-owned or municipal property based on parts 6 and 9 of this Article dispose according to the procedure, the established law On management of state-owned property or the legislation on local self-government respectively.".

Article 2. Article 30 of the Law:

Part 1 to add 1) with the new offer of the following content: "In the cases established by the law "About the state protocol", accounting of the gifts received by persons holding public positions is performed by service of the State protocol";

2) Part 3 to recognize invalid.
