For the purpose of high-quality project development of the regulatory legal acts aimed at providing life and health of the population according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Technique of carrying out the analysis of regulating impact of regulatory legal acts on activities of subjects of entrepreneurship" of August 10, 2022 No. 444 the following change:
in the Technique of carrying out the analysis of regulating impact of regulatory legal acts on activities of subjects of entrepreneurship approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add item 4 with the subitem 8 of the following content:
"8) the lives directed to establishment of safety rules and health of the population (in the absence of the regulations directed to strengthening of responsibility of subjects of entrepreneurship).".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
