1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the status of kayrylman" of June 23, 2015 No. 402 the following change:
in Regulations on the procedure for provision of the status of kayrylman approved by the above-stated resolution:
- state Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. The ethnic Kyrgyz who are outside the Kyrgyz Republic and persons interested to arrive to the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of permanent residence, submit the petition to diplomatic representations or consular establishments of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad for the subsequent direction in authorized state body in the field of migration within ten working days from the date of its registration.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
