"4. The act provided by part one, the second or third this Article, connected with involvement of the minor:
a) in criminal group;
b) in making of heavy or especially serious crime;
c) in making of three and more crimes of small and (or) average weight;
d) in crime execution based on political, ideological, racial, national or religious hatred or hostility or based on hatred or hostility concerning any social group, -
it is punished by imprisonment for a period of five up to eight years with restriction of freedom for a period of up to two years or without that.".
