In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About work pensions" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 3, Article 208 (Volume I); Article 8 to state the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 22, 2023 to No. 1074-VIQD) in the following edition:
"Article 8. Persons having the right to work retirement pension on favorable terms in connection with children
8.1. The women and men having five and more children or the child with the established disability including the children who lost parents or deprived of parent guardianship and adopted or taken under guardianship aged up to eight years provided that children were living before execution of eight years by him, have the right to work retirement pension with reduction of age limit for 5 years within conditions, the stipulated in Clause 7 these Laws.
8.2. Article 8.1 of this Law is applied to men in case of transfer of child(children) under its guardianship in view of the death of the woman (in case of the announcement died or missing it agrees to the judgment which took legal effect), and also in view of deprivation of its parent rights or annulment of marriage agrees to the judgment which took legal effect.".
