About change of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2015 No. 78

1. Bring in the Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12 bidding (goods turnover) "The report on the retail turnover and inventories of goods, goods turnover of public catering" approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2015 No. 78, the following changes:
state Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. Data on the goods sold with use of the global computer Internet join in the report on the location (state registration) of the legal entity performing retail trade with use of the global computer Internet (except cases of transfer to buyers of the goods acquired with use of the global computer Internet in own shopping facility, own Item of issue of goods). Data on the goods sold with use of the global computer Internet and transferred to buyers in own shopping facility, own Item of issue of goods join in the report on the location of own shopping facility, own Item of issue of goods in which transfer of goods is performed.
Own Item of issue of goods is understood as capital structure (the building, construction), the isolated room or their parts belonging to the organization performing retail trade with use of the global computer Internet on the property right, leases or other legal cause in which transfer to buyers of the goods acquired with use of the global computer Internet is performed. For the purposes of this state statistical observation own Item of issue of goods is considered structural division of the organization.
