I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 1, 2016 No. 629 "About approval of requirements, shown to accreditation body in the field of the higher and postgraduate education and rules of recognition of accreditation bodies in the field of the higher and postgraduate education, including foreign" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 14438) the following changes:
to state preamble of the order in the following edition:
"According to the subitem 19) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2022 No. 580, I ORDER:";
in Rules of recognition of accreditation bodies in the field of the higher and postgraduate education, including foreign, approved by the specified order:
7) and 8) of Item 2 to be reworded as follows subitems:
"7) institutional accreditation - the procedure of estimation by accreditation body of process performance of system of internal quality assurance in the organization of education according to the declared status and the established standards (regulations) of accreditation;
8) specialized (program) accreditation - assessment procedure of quality of the separate educational programs realized by the organization of education;".
2. In the field of science and the higher education of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to committee on quality assurance:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
