About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning providing the rights of the military personnel and police officers to social protection

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 15, Art. 190 with the following changes):

"2. The military personnel cannot be discharged from military service before acquisition of right to long-service pension, except the cases provided by the law";

To add 3) with Article 8-2 of the following content:

"Article 8-2. Realization of the right of the military personnel to information

1. The military personnel has the right to free obtaining, use, distribution of information according to the Law of Ukraine "About information" and other laws of Ukraine";

4) in Article 9-1:
