About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning enhancement of the legislation in spheres of population shift and criminal executive system

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. In the Civil code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Special part) of July 1, 1999:

Part third of Item 1 of Article 740 to add 1) with the subitem 10) of the following content:

"10) on the money which is on the bank accounts intended for transfer of the financial support provided according to the subitem 1) of item 4 of article 112 of the Social code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

Part the second Article 741 to add 2) with the subitem 9) of the following content:

"9) on the money which is on the bank accounts intended for transfer of the financial support provided according to the subitem 1) of item 4 of article 112 of the Social code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".

2. In the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2003:

The subitem 1) of Item 5 of Article 37 to add 1) with words "if other not stipulated in Item 1-2 Articles 43-1 of this Code";

Article 43-1 to add 2) with Item 1-2 of the following content:

"1-2. The parcels of land for maintaining country or farm are provided to immigrants in the regions determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the right of temporary short-term paid land use (lease) for up to five years in out-of-competition procedure in the sizes which are not exceeding the minimum sizes established according to Item 5 of article 50 of this Code without the right of alienation, transfer as contribution to the authorized capital of economic partnership, to payment of shares of joint-stock company or as fee in production cooperative.

Repeated provision of the parcels of land for the specified purposes is not allowed.

Change of the permanent residence from the regions determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan attracts the termination of the land use right granted based on part one of this Item according to Article of 81 of this Code.
