About modification of Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission
The supreme Eurasian economic council solved:
1. Bring in the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98, the following changes:
a) to add appendix No. 1 to the specified Regulations with Items 168 - 173 following of content:
"168. Determination of the inventory of electronic trading and (or) types of goods of electronic trading to which provisions of Chapter 431 of the Customs code of the Union are not applied.
169. Determination of procedure for identification of goods of electronic trading in case of their return after acquisition.
170. Determination of single rate of customs duty concerning the goods of electronic trading acquired by physical persons.
171. Determination of cost, weight and (or) quantitative regulations within which the goods of electronic trading acquired by physical persons are imported on customs area of the Union without customs duty payment concerning goods of electronic trading, and also determination of cases when more tough can be established by the legislation of state members, than determined by the Commission, regulations.
172. Determination of the amount of ensuring fulfillment of duties of the legal entity performing activities in the field of customs affairs as the operator of electronic trading.
173. Determination of circumstances under which the obligation on customs duty payment concerning goods of electronic trading in cases when concerning the same imported (imported) goods of electronic trading acquired by physical persons, the obligation on customs duty payment concerning goods of electronic trading arose at different persons, on different circumstances and (or) repeatedly including when the obligation on customs duty payment concerning goods of electronic trading arose in one state member stops and circumstances under which the obligation on payment of such customs duty stops came in other state member, and also order of interaction of customs authorities on confirmation of approach of such circumstances.".
