About modification of the Procedure for carrying out inventory count of lands
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Procedure for carrying out inventory count of lands approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 5, 2019 No. 476 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 47, Art. 1613; 2021, No. 84, Art. 5397), following changes:
Item 12 after the words "and electronic form" to add with words ", creation of the electronic document";
the paragraph one of Item 26 after words of "the Law of Ukraine "On land management" to add with words and figures "and the electronic document according to the Procedure for maintaining the State land cadastre approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 17, 2012 No. 1051 "About approval of the Procedure for maintaining the State land cadastre" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 89, the Art. 3598)".
