About modification of the Code of penal procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic
Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Item 6 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:
Article 1. In the Code of penal procedure of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of Legal acts of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 8 (the Book II), Article 585 (volume I); 2024, No. 1, Article 4) to make the following changes:
In Article 131.1.1 after the word "things" to add with words "whom it is not seized";
1.2. Under Article 248:
1.2.1. In Article 248.1.2 after the word "it" to add with the words "its withdrawals or transfer to the owner or owner on storage";
1.2.2. Under Article 248.3:

"249.2-1. In the petition and representation, stipulated in Article 249.2.1 of this Code, the circumstances which are the basis for property attachment shall be specified, the specific restrictions which are subject to application, stipulated in Article 248.1.2 of this Code and need of such restrictions shall be proved";
