About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2023 No. 1538

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 21, 2023 No. 1538 "About rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union and about modification of rates of the export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 39, Art. 7046; 2024, No. 1, Art. 220; No. 10, Art. 1409) following changes:

a) add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:

"concerning the goods classified by code of 2701 CN FEA EEU, except for goods, classified by code 2701 12 100 0 of the CN FEA EEU, from May 1 to August 31, 2024 inclusive.";

b) paragraphs two and third Item 12 to add with the words "taking into account provisions of the paragraph of the fourth Item 3 of this resolution".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since May 1, 2024.
