1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 14, 2019 No. 759 "About approval of Rules of forming, placement and accomplishment of the state defense order" the following changes:
in the Rules of forming, placement and accomplishment of the state defense order approved by the specified resolution:
state Items 15 and 16 in the following edition:
"15. Till July 1 of the current financial year for the purpose of the choice of the contractor the domestic producers, domestic suppliers of works, services included in the register and authorized organization represent to the address of authorized body or receivers when means at receivers, the tender documentation - planned calculations according to Rules of pricing.
The domestic producers, domestic suppliers of works, services included in the register, specializing in production of ware and special property, individual protection equipment till July 1 of the current financial year represent to the address of the receivers samples of the declared products for implementation of check on products compliance to requirements of the specification with application of documents confirming quality of the used raw materials.
Samples of the declared products are registered in the magazine in form according to appendix 1-1 to these rules.
Representation by the domestic producers, domestic suppliers of works, services included in the register, planned calculations is confirmation of their consent and opportunity to perform delivery of products of the defense order with observance of the conditions provided in the specification.
By provision of planned calculations it is forbidden to provide alternative specifications.
