About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Funded Pensions"

Article 1. "About funded pensions" to state Item 33 of article 2 of part 1 of the Law ZO-244-N of December 22, 2010 in the following edition:
"33) the contractual income income received from the employer or the organization for performance of works (rendering services) according to civil agreements, except for the entrepreneurial income and the income paid to the volunteer by the organization, stipulated in Item 3 parts 1 of article 3 of the Law "About Voluntary" according to the procedure, established by the same law (compensation of the financial or property resources or additional expenses following from voluntary, or expense recovery, made in case of accomplishment of voluntary outside its residence (the city or the village))".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after three months from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
