About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

To add 3) with parts 1.1 and 1.2 of the following content:
"1.1. Repeated opening of the liquidated wells or implementation of water use from underground water resources without the permission on water use, or well-drilling for water use without the permission on water use, or repeated opening of tinned wells without the permission on water use if it did not cause essential damage (the caused material damage does not exceed the five hundredfold size of the established minimum wage):
attracts imposing of penalty concerning physical person in the amount of the five hundredfold size, thousandfold to one thousand, of established minimum wage, and concerning legal person - in the amount of two thousandfold to the three-thousandfold size of the established minimum wage.
1.2. Repeated opening of the liquidated wells in the territories which are property of physical persons and legal entities and also well-drilling for the purpose of water use without the permission on water use or repeated opening of tinned wells without the permission on water use for physical persons and legal entities, being owners of the territory:
