About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Funded Pensions"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 56 of the Law of December 22, 2010 No. ZR-244 "About funded pensions" (further - the Law):
1) to state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2) In case (stays are able) the diseases included in the list established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia based on the conclusion issued by authorized body of public administration by the pension sphere according to the procedure established by authorized body of public administration by the pension sphere.".
2) to state the second paragraph in the following edition:
"About availability any of the bases provided by this part the authorized body of public administration by the pension sphere notifies person keeping the register of participants within five working days from the date of provision to person of the document confirming availability of these bases. The procedure for provision of information is established by authorized body of public administration by the pension sphere.".
Article 2. To state Item 2 of part 8 of article 61 of the Law in the following edition:
"2) in case (stays in conditions) the diseases included in the list established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia based on the conclusion issued by authorized body of public administration by the pension sphere according to the procedure established by authorized body of public administration by the pension sphere;".
Article 3. Final part and transitional provisions
1. This law becomes effective next day after official publication.
2. The procedure established by authorized body of public administration by the pension sphere, following from this law is accepted within two months after the introduction of this law in force.
3. The legal relationship which arose before acceptance of the procedure established by part 2 of this Article are regulated by the existing precepts of law.
