In sense of part 10 of this Article observation the department of the contacting persons, persons which are driving and leaving in quarantine zone, persons without symptoms driving on the territory of the Republic of Armenia from the countries adverse from the point of view of the infectious disease established by the decision of authorized body in the place provided by the decision of authorized body or with the consent of authorized body - in the place of permanent residence of person or, on his preference, in other place, and establishment of medical observation for the maximum privacy of this infectious disease is considered.".
Article 2. In article 182.4 of the Code:
Parts 1, of 2, 5-10 before the word "penalty" to add 1) with the words "prevention or";
