About entering of amendment into the Law "About Modification and Amendments in the Law "About Tax Service""

Article 1. Add article 8 of the Law of December 16, 2021 with ZR-423 "About modification and amendments in the law on Tax Service" part 3 following of content:
"3. In case of absence of the candidate meeting the requirements established by the passport of this vacancy in the candidate list of tax employees for substitution of the vacant positions included in the nomenclature of positions of Tax Service after January 1, 2024, this vacant position can be held by the conclusion of the terminal employment contract with other person according to the procedure, established by the law "About Civil Service", before appointment to this vacant position of Tax Service according to the procedure, established by the law, but no more than for the term of more than one year, considering the requirements established by part 3 of Article 16 and article 17 of the Law "About Tax Service", and also the basis, the stipulated in Article 14 Laws "About Public Service". For filling of the vacancies provided in this part, terminal employment contracts are signed till July 1, 2024.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
