About modification and amendments in the Law "About Tax Service"

Article 1. In article 4 of the Law of July 3, 2002 "About Tax Service" (further - the Law) to state to ZR-407 the concept "personnel reserve of Tax Service" of the following edition:
"reserve of personnel of tax service register in which the tax employees dismissed on the bases provided by Items 2 and 3 of part 1 of article 26 of this law, except for the tax employees holding position according to the terminal employment contract are registered.".
Article 2. In article 12 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 3 words "except as specified, provided by this Law" "and also in the case provided by part 4 of this Article";
To add 2) with parts 3.1-3.3 following of content:
"3.1. In case of vacant positions of Tax Service before holding the posts according to the procedure, established by part 3 of this Article, taking into account the requirements established by part 3 of Article 16 and article 17 of this law, and the bases, the stipulated in Article 14 Laws "About Public Service", these positions can be held by the conclusion of the terminal employment contract with the person which is in personnel reserve of Tax Service, meeting the requirements of the passport of this position. The terminal employment contract is signed according to the procedure, established by the law "About Civil Service".
3.2. In case of vacancy in Tax Service the official, competent to appoint to position before holding the posts according to the procedure, established by part 3 of this Article, can appoint to this position of the tax employee holding position according to the terminal employment contract from personnel reserve of Tax Service according to the procedure, established by part 3.1 of this Article which is registered in personnel reserve of Tax Service, being dismissed by Tax Service.
