Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic DECIDES:
1. In "Procedure for the certificate the corresponding officials of the documents equated to certified in notarial procedure", No. 116 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 10, 2000 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 7, Article 563; 2005, No. 11, Article 1061, No. 12, Article 1228; 2008, No. 8, Article 787; 2012, No. 7, Article 775, No. 12, Article 1353; 2019, No. 3, Article 565) to make the following changes to the second paragraph of part 18 of the Section I:
1.1. in the second offer of the word "make the complaint" to replace with the word "address";
1.2. exclude the third offer.
