About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 6, 2023 No. 25 "About consideration of addresses of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus who are located abroad concerning making of offenses by them" the following changes:

1.1. in part two of Item 2 of figure "2023" to replace with figures "2024";

1.2. as a part of the Commission on consideration of addresses of the citizens of the Republic of Belarus who are located abroad concerning making of offenses by them, approved by the Decree:

include in structure of the called commission:

Molostov Konstantin Gennadevich - the Chairman of the State boundary committee;

Franskevich Victor Ivanovich - the deputy director of Department of financial investigations of the State Control Committee;

exclude from structure of said commission of A.P.Lappo, I. A. Marshalov;

E. L. Bogdan, V.F.Gigina and A. V. Haruta to state job titles respectively in the following edition:

"the deputy State secretary of the Union State - the member of Standing Committee of the Union State";

"CEO of public institution "National library of Belarus";

"chairman of the International public association "Fraternal union".

2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
