About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2021 No. 4
Based on part 2 of article 3.29 of the Procedural and executive code of the Republic of Belarus about administrative offenses and subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2004 No. 302, the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus of February 19, 2021 No. 4 "About creation of protocols on administrative offenses" the following changes:
third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"directors of branches RUP "Beltelekom" and their deputies;";
in paragraphs four and word pole "Long distance communication branch of RUP "Beltelekom" shall be replaced with words ""Radio, Television and Communication" branch of RUP "Beltelekom".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
