Based on subitem 1.18 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 10, 2018 "About shared-equity construction" and for the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for financing of construction of rent housing the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 473
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 12, 2019 No. 156 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 10, 2018 No. 473" the following changes:
1.1. in Regulations on procedure for the conclusion, execution and agreement cancelation of creation of objects of shared-equity construction, conditions of attraction of money when implementing shared-equity construction approved by this resolution:
in Item 2:
to "acts of the legislation" to add paragraph two after words with the words "in the field of architectural, town-planning and construction activities";
to exclude from the paragraph of the fourth word "in accordance with the established procedure";
to exclude from Item 8 of the word "according to the legislation";
to exclude from Item 13 of the word "in accordance with the established procedure";
in Item 15:
the second offer of part one to add with words ", except as specified, established in part six of this Item";
" (the price of object of shared-equity construction)" to add the third offer of part two after words with words ", except as specified, established in part six of this Item";
add Item with parts of the following content:
"If in case of acceptance for operation of the single-family apartment house, and also the apartment, blocked apartment house part of works was postponed for the favorable period of their accomplishment, concerning the budgetary funds of objects of shared-equity construction financed with attraction in such apartment houses:
