Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on creation, on operation and on enhancement of the state information system of fuel and energy complex approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 18, 2013 No. 354 "About approval of the Regulations on creation, about operation and about enhancement of the state information system of fuel and energy complex" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 17, Art. 2171; 2018, No. 31, Art. 5006).
2. Declare invalid Item of 3 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning functioning of the state information system in the field of energy saving and the increase in energy efficiency approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 23, 2018 No. 859 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning functioning of the state information system in the field of energy saving and increase in energy efficiency" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 31, the Art. 5006).
