RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF TAXES AND TAX COLLECTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of the Instruction about procedure for filling of the purchase ledger, tax declaration (calculation) for the value added tax, the tax declaration on the value added tax on the goods imported from the Russian Federation, calculation of compensation from the budget of tax amounts on value added

Based on the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" and according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 "About entering of amendments and changes into some laws of the Republic of Belarus on the tax matters" the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for filling of the purchase ledger, tax declaration (calculation) for the value added tax, the tax declaration on the value added tax on the goods imported from the Russian Federation, calculation of compensation from the budget of tax amounts on value added.

2. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts according to appendix.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
