1. The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 23, 2000 No. 224 "About the solution of some questions following from adoption of the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 12, Article 875) to add with part of 3-1 following content:
"3-1. In the cases established by the laws regulating the financial markets, the minimum size of the authorized capital of joint-stock company is established by the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic.".
2. In the "Rules of state registration of mortgage leaf" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 13, 2006 No. 44 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 2, Article 192, No. 5, Article 461; 2008, No. 1, Article 39; 2009, No. 1, Article 22; 2016, No. 3, Article 614, No. 8, Article 1449, No. 10, Article 1717; 2017, No. 12 (II book), Article 2546; 2019, No. 3, Article 557) to make the following changes:
2.1. in Item 1.2 of the word "Chamber on control of the financial markets (further - Chamber on control of the financial markets)" shall be replaced with words "Central Bank (further - the Central bank)".
