1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine of August 26, 2014 No. 872/88/537 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for preventive detention around conducting anti-terrorist operation of persons involved in terrorist activities, and specific mode of pre-judicial investigation in the conditions of warlike, emergency state or around conducting anti-terrorist operation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 27, 2014 at No. 1038/25815.
2. Of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Grintsov M.) to provide to department of interaction with National police of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
