About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 28, 2012 No. 483/5
According to the paragraph of Item 2 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of April 10, 2023 No. 3022-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of access to free legal aid" I ORDER the fourth:
1. In heading, preamble and Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 28, 2012 No. 483/5 "About approval of the Standard regulations on organization on provision of free primary legal assistance", the word "legal assistance" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 29, 2012 at No. 474/20787, in all cases shall be replaced with words "legal assistance" in the corresponding cases.
2. Bring in Standard Regulations on organization on provision of free primary legal assistance, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of March 28, 2012 No. 483/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 29, 2012 at No. 474/20787, the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in heading and the text of the word "legal assistance" in all cases "legal assistance" in the corresponding cases;
Item 5 to add 2) with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Provision of free primary legal aid by organization is performed according to Procedure for provision of free primary legal aid by subjects who are created or attracted under agreements by local government bodies, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 13, 2023 No. 1088.";
In paragraph seven of Item 6 of the word "mass media" to replace 3) with the word of "media";
Shall be replaced with words 4) in Item 12 of the word of "legal services" "legal services".
