Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 17, 2010 No. 927 "About single questions of implementation of guardianship and custody concerning full age incapacitated or not sui juris citizens" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 48, Art. 6401; 2012, No. 22, Art. 2868; 2016, No. 48, Art. 6781; 2018, No. 13, Art. 1812; No. 53, Art. 8666; 2023, No. 8, Art. 1326).

1. In Rules of matching, accounting and training of the citizens who expressed desire to become guardians or custodians of the full age incapacitated or not sui juris citizens approved by the specified resolution:
a) in Item 8:
in paragraph one of the word "within 7 days" shall be replaced with words "within 6 working days";
in paragraph four of the word "within 3 days" shall be replaced with words "within 2 working days";
in paragraph five of the word "within 3 days" shall be replaced with words "within 2 working days";
b) in Item 8 (1):
in paragraph one of the word "within 7 days" shall be replaced with words "within 6 working days";
in paragraph three of the word "within 3 days" shall be replaced with words "within 2 working days";
in paragraph four of the word "within 3 days" shall be replaced with words "within 2 working days";
c) in Item 9:
in paragraph one of the word "within 15 days" shall be replaced with words "within 10 working days";
in paragraph seven of the word "within 3 days" shall be replaced with words "within 2 working days";
d) in Item 10 of the word "within 3 days" shall be replaced with words "within 2 working days".
2. Report form of the guardian about storage, about use of property of the full age incapacitated citizen and management of this property, approved by the specified resolution to state in the following edition:
"It is approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 17, 2010 No. 927
(in edition of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 2024 No. 316)
