In the country the reforms directed to strengthening of social protection of elderly and disabled persons are step by step performed. In particular, appointment procedures of pension become simpler and tsifrovizirutsya, excessive bureaucratic obstacles are eliminated, quality of rendering the state services in the pension system radically improves, and also system measures for further strengthening of social protection elderly and persons with limited opportunities, to providing their rights and freedoms, material support, proceeding from principles of social justice are implemented.
At the same time for decrease in human factor in case of award of pension citizens, further improvement of quality of the state services rendered elderly, to persons with disability and lost the supporter, and also effective use of the advanced information and communication technologies in this sphere need review of efficiency of programs of social protection of citizens on the basis of the principle "For human dignity".
This Law makes changes to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About lease", the bases of termination of the contract of lease providing cancellation in case of approach of disability at the lessee, and also reduction of some concepts applied in the Law in compliance with the existing legal acts.
