About entering of amendments into the Law "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions"

Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" (further - the Law) to add article 1 of the Law of May 5, 1998 with the eleventh paragraph of the following content:
"This Law, according to the Laws of the Republic of Armenia "About fire safety", "About state regulation of ensuring technical safety", establishes also conditions and procedure for the execution of the administrative act of the inspection body exercising supervision and control in the field of fire and technical safety of the Republic of Armenia, obliging to making of certain actions or obliging to abstention from certain actions so far as they in essence (mutatis mutandis) are applicable to execution of these acts.".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 2 of the Law with Item 14 of the following content:
"14) the decision or the instruction of the inspection body exercising supervision and control in the field of fire and technical safety of the Republic of Armenia, obliging to making of certain actions or obliging to abstention from certain actions.".
Article 3. Article 4 of the Law after the word "instruction" to add with words ", the letter on ensuring execution of the decision or the instruction of the inspection body exercising supervision and control in the field of fire and technical safety of the Republic of Armenia, obliging to making of certain actions or obliging to abstention from certain actions.".
Article 4. To add part 1 of article 5 of the Law with Item 4.2 of the following content:
"4. 2) sealing (sealing) of the separate aggregate, building, construction or other object;".
Article 5. To add article 30 of the Law with part 2.1 following of content:
