About entering of amendments into the Law "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions"

Article 1. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" (further - the Law) to add article 1 of the Law of May 5, 1998 with part 12 of the following content:
"This Law, according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About notariate", establishes also conditions and procedure for execution of the order made by the notary with the requirement about collection of the amount so far as they in essence (mutatis mutandis) are applicable to execution of these acts.".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 2 of the Law with Item 8.2 of the following content:
"8. 2) the order made by the notary with the requirement about collection of the amount;".
Article 3. Part 1 of article 4 of the Law after words", the electronic message of permanent arbitral institution for forced execution of the resolution of arbitral tribunal," to add with the words "the electronic message on the order made by the notary with the requirement about collection of the amount".
Article 4. To add article 23 of the Law with part 5.1 following of content:
"5.1. The electronic message on the order made by the notary with the requirement about collection of the amount can be provided within a month after it becomes obligatory for the parties of forced execution.".
Article 5. To add article 30 of the Law with part 2.2 following of content:
"2.2. The forced contractor makes the decision within three days after receipt of the electronic message on the order made by the notary with the requirement about collection of the amount on excitement of enforcement proceeding.".
Article 6. Add the law with Article 31.6 of the following content:
"Article 31.6. Return of the electronic message on the order made by the notary with the requirement about collection of the amount
