About introduction of amendments to the Law "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Of May 19, 2014 of ZR-25 "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia" (further - the Law) to exclude the words "or drawing mutilations" from part 1 of Article 38 and part 1 of article 39 of the Law.
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 39 of the law of the word "become the disabled person" shall be replaced with words "be acknowledged person with limited opportunities", and words "the disabled person with limited opportunities" shall be replaced with words "person with limited opportunities".
Article 3. In item 4 of part 1 of article 43 of the Law the word "disability" shall be replaced with words "recognitions of person with limited opportunities".
Article 4. In case of person with limited opportunities with restriction of capability to be engaged in labor activity of 3rd degree because of the injury got in case of fulfillment of duties or in connection with their accomplishment which are used in the law, actions of the provisions established concerning person with limited opportunities with restriction of capability to be engaged in labor activity of 3rd degree because of the injuries sustained in case of fulfillment of duties or in connection with their accomplishment till December 31, 2023.
