About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions"

Article 1. In Item 5 of part 1 of article 51 of the Law of May 5, 1998 of ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" (further - the Law) the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with limited opportunities", and shall be replaced with words words of "technical means of rehabilitation and other supportive applications" "supportive applications".
Article 2. In Item 8 of part 1 of article 60 of the law to "disabled people" shall be replaced with words the word to "persons with limited opportunities".
Article 3. Regarding 6.1 articles 67 of the Law of the word "acquired disability" shall be replaced with words "recognized as person with limited opportunities".
