About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning transfer pricing
Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

2. In the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2008 "About transfer pricing":
1) in Article 2:

"2) price range - number of values of the market prices determined according to the principle of "outstretched arm" in comparable economic conditions which is established according to the procedure, the stipulated in Article 17-1 this Law;";
"10) the transaction made in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, directly interconnected with the international business transaction - the transaction which subject is subject of the international business transaction;";
12) after the word of "prices" to add the subitem with words "(margins, profitability)";
14) to state the subitem in the following edition:
