Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In Rules of the conclusion, change and termination of the special investment contracts approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2020 No. 1048 "About approval of Rules of the conclusion, change and termination of special investment contracts" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 30, Art. 4911; 2022, No. 18, Art. 3083; No. 39, Art. 6633):

a) to state the subitem "v" of Item 13 in the following edition:

"c) submission due date participants of competitive selection of the applications for participation in competitive selection created with use of information system (further - the request) which cannot be later than in 10 calendar days from the date of placement of the notice on carrying out open competitive selection in information system, and also the term and procedure for modification of the submitted applications, term and procedure for withdrawal of the submitted applications;";

b) the paragraph one of Item 15 to state in the following edition:

"15. The notice on carrying out open competitive selection which shall contain information provided by subitems "an" - "in" Item 13 of these rules is posted online by Internet authorized body and information system not later than in 10 calendar days from the date of adoption by authorized body of the decision on carrying out competitive selection and is available to the uncertain group of people.".
