About modification of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of August 5, 2022 No. 520 "About application of special economic measures in financial and fuel and energy spheres in connection with unfriendly actions of some foreign states and the international organizations"

Bring in the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of August 5, 2022 No. 520 "About application of special economic measures in financial and fuel and energy spheres in connection with unfriendly actions of some foreign states and the international organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 32, Art. 5816; No. 50, Art. 8889; 2023, No. 52, Art. 9593) following changes:
a) add with Item 5 (1) the following content:
"5(1). Russian Government Commission on Foreign Investments considers question of feasibility of making according to Item 5 of this Decree of transactions (transactions) and prepares the motivated recommendation of feasibility or inexpediency of their making. If transactions (transaction) are directed to share acquisition (share in the authorized capital) of the financial organizations and (or) establishment of control concerning shareholders (participants) of the financial organizations, preparation of the motivated recommendation requires availability of stipulated by the legislation prior consent of the Russian Federation of the Central bank of the Russian Federation.";
b) add with Item 5 (2) the following content:
"5(2). The special decision of the President of the Russian Federation can be made without requirements of Item 5 (1) this Decree.".
2. To the government of the Russian Federation to approve procedure for consideration by Russian Government Commission on Foreign Investments of question of feasibility of transactions (transactions) provided by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of August 5, 2022 No. 520 "About application of special economic measures in financial and fuel and energy spheres in connection with unfriendly actions of some foreign states and the international organizations".
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
